Sino-Wushu Academy is a Chinese Martial Arts school in Quebec province, Canada.  Our programs include Wushu, Jet Li style,  self-defence, Kung Fu and Tai Chi or Taichi (Taiji or Tai Ji).  For Wushu, you may find different level classes to learn Wushu standard basics, Bare hand (Chang Quan), Broadsword (Dao Shu), Straightsword (Jian Shu), Staff( Gun Shu) and Spear (Qian Shu).  For traditional Kung Fu, you may join the courses like Baiji Quan and application.  Taichi courses cover Chen's Taichi and Yang Style Taichi.  For Chen's Taichi, courses cover Chen's Taichi for health, 18 essential routine, old and new frame routines, push hands and application.
